no-trash-in-my-trailer asked: About the arm, even though it has been answered. More directly it shows the further evolution of her character. She has gone from somebody that was an "innocent" and who at one point wanted to die in Atlanta, to Shane-lite. Her humanity has been stripped away and she is becoming a survival machine.
